Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal information I collect, why, and what your rights are. Last updated: 4 November 2026.
Who I am
Make and Keep Money is the trading name of Georgina Mulliss, a sole trader. I'm the "controller" of your personal data, which means I decide how it's used and I'm responsible for looking after it.
Contact: hello@makeandkeepmoney.com
Address: 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ
I'm registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Registration number: ZC126201.
What I collect
- When you book a call: your name, email address, the time you book and anything you choose to tell me in the booking form.
- When you email me: your email address, name and whatever you write.
- If you become a client: contact details, payment records, notes from our sessions, your Sacred Money Archetypes® assessment results, and messages between sessions. Coaching often involves talking about money, work and family, so these notes can be personal. I keep them confidential and use them only to coach you.
I don't see or store your card details. Payments are handled by my booking and payment provider.
Why I use it, and the legal basis
- To arrange calls and deliver coaching — because it's needed for our agreement, or for steps you've asked me to take before one (contract).
- To reply to your messages — because it's in both our interests that I can answer you (legitimate interests).
- To keep financial records — because tax law requires it (legal obligation).
I don't sell your data, and I won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.
Who I share it with
Only the services I need to run the business, each of which processes data on my behalf:
- Paperbell — bookings, client records and payments
- Google Workspace — email, and Google Meet for online sessions
- IONOS — website hosting
- My accountant — financial records only
Some of these providers store data outside the UK, for example in the USA. Where they do, they use legally recognised safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US data bridge.
How long I keep it
- Enquiries and booking details from people who don't become clients: up to 12 months.
- Client records and session notes: up to 6 years after coaching ends.
- Financial records: as long as tax law requires (currently at least 6 years).
Cookies
This website doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. The booking calendar on the Book a call page is provided by Paperbell, which may set cookies needed for booking to work.
Your rights
You can ask me to:
- give you a copy of the personal data I hold about you
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete your data (unless I have to keep it by law)
- restrict or object to how I use it
- send your data to you or another provider in a usable format
Email hello@makeandkeepmoney.com and I'll respond within one month.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, please tell me first so I can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.
